At JPJ Rockies Ranch our goals are to create a very high quality straight Egyptian Arabian with the type, conformation, movement and pedigree that will make them sought after in today's competitive Arabian market.

At the forefront of our farm is the homozygous black straight Egyptian stallion Al Baraki.

Al Baraki returns to public stud for 2008 after a three year absence from the public. His book is limited to outside mares, so contact us now if you have an interest.

Al Baraki has a pedigree that is sought after worldwide. Nearly every horse in his pedigree has been a champion and/or champion producer. Breeders from all over the world have paid top prices to obtain this pedigree for their breeding programs in Canada, Israel, Switzerland, England, Wales, Scotland, France and the Philippines. Emails during the last few days for frozen semen were from France and Australia.

His foals have his exotic looks with lots of refinement, type and quality. They have extreme heads, long fine necks, short, smooth bodies with long legs and good tail carriage and trot. Al Baraki is homozygous for black, so many of his foals are black, with a few bays and an occasional grey. He is very popular as a sire of straight Egyptians, Egyptian related and half-Arabians.

Al Baraki, is a sire of International Champions. A striking black stallion, he combines almost breathtaking beauty with athletic ability, size, disposition and marketability. He also possesses the famed Ansata Justina/Alijamila female line.
